Most of the images on my website are available for purchase as prints. At this stage, prints are only offered as unframed prints. This is mainly because a frame should suit its surroundings and needs to match your room.
Printing
Preparation time is around 2 weeks for unframed prints. This may vary depending on my travel and workload. If you need us to meet a particular deadline, please be sure to let us know and allow sufficient time.
Prints are on either matte, metallic or semi-gloss paper. I can organise canvas prints, prints on aluminium and acrylic-mounted prints on request.
Colour Matching and Sizing
Please note: Although all efforts are taken to ensure otherwise colour may vary slightly as not all computer monitors are correctly calibrated. What you see on your screen may vary slightly from what I see on mine.
Image sizes may vary slightly according to the crop. The pricing for the print is taken from the longest edge of the print. If you require a special crop please contact me so we can organize what you need
Payment
All payments are handled by PayPal or by credit card with Square for security. I receive no card details aside to say that payment has been made. Both PayPal and Square offer bank-level encryption of your details.
Delivery Policy
Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery after the print is completed. Delivery will be via Australia Post or courier depending on size, type of article, and the desired delivery destination. I will endeavour to have your product delivered when requested, but unfortunately, I cannot guarantee or be held responsible if it is not. Once I hand it over to Australia Post or the courier it is out of my hands. If there are any unexpected delays that I am aware of I will try to send you an e-mail message to notify you.
I strive to ensure that the shipping charges which are calculated at the time of payment are accurate, however, there may be situations where the calculation is incorrect and subject to slight variances. In the unlikely situation that shipping costs are higher than paid, we will try our best to cover the difference, however in cases where there is a significant difference, we reserve the right to contact you and invoice the difference.
Shipping charges include postage, packaging and full insurance for your extra peace of mind.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns and refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with me if you are not entirely happy with your print. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if it has been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. I recommend that you return the product via registered post and pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, therefore advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
Copyright & Ownership
The purchase of a print does not include the purchase of the copyright of the image. Prints may not be reproduced under any circumstance except with direct written authorisation from Richard McGibbon.
